Borealis is a fast expanding European hospitality company, which was founded in 1997. Based on it’s expertise and strong track record the company has been involved in many hotel deals. It is our ambition to further grow as a pan-European leader in the hotel industry. Therefor we have, next to our hotels in operation, several hotels under development in various countries. Despite Covid-19 we were even able to accelerate growth in the last few months. The business model is based on a preferred partnership with a number of highly reputable global hotel brands as well as strong partnerships with project development companies and institutional investors.

Borealis hotel group have currently 8 operating hotels throughout the Netherlands, Belgium and France and 2 hotels in Belgium are in pre-opening phase. A total of 9 hotels are managed by Interstate Hotels and Resorts.
