De Nieuwe Lichting Groep (DNL) has been the expert in bringing ambitious students and organisations together for over 15 years. Within the organisation, there are different recruitment agencies, such as Studentalent, XL Studentenuitzendbureau, LINQ and XL Con Gusto.
Organisations troughout The Netherlands, in all different kinds of branches, utilize the services of DNL in order to find the perfect new “class” of students working in their companies.

Because of its national network, DNL offers access to more than 100.000 students and starters. The companies within the organisation work independently  from each other, but utilize the power of the organisation by sharing knowledge, providing growth chances for talent and an efficient central organized back office.

We offer two kinds of internships; sales (responsible for business development and account management) and recruitment (making the perfect match between organisations and candidates). As an intern at DNL, you will be part of a total of more than 100 colleagues and you will get the chance to learn from different departments. We will help you to find out where your interests and talents lie.
