Van Spronsen & Partners has been active in the hospitality industry for over 30 years. We consist of four independent companies that jointly pursue one goal: “Putting the client and its goal central and providing custom work for each client.”

What we do…
Van Spronsen & Partners hospitality advice, the department you will be part of, is mainly concerned with feasibility studies, the development of strategic policies, concept development and marketing communication for companies in the hospitality industry. From café to hotel, from club to star-restaurant, from golf course to sauna complex.

Your tasks as an intern…
As an intern you support consultants with assignments, in which market research (from the office and on site), location analysis and carrying out financial analysis are among the core tasks. Interns also work on conducting market research for specific market segments. These reports are published on our website. In addition, we are featured in the press regularly.

The training program…

Van Spronsen & Partners hospitality advice offers an intensive internal training program. Several assignments must be completed during this program. On the basis of this program, every intern is personally guided to optimize the learning process. We expect the trainee to have a positive and inquisitive attitude.

What we offer…

Internship from 6 to 10 months.

An intern is involved in roughly 10 projects during the internship (depending on the duration).

Participation in internal projects, ranging from national projects to the development of new products!
